COVID-19 Policies and Procedures for our Dine In Guests
Cilantro and Chive has always had a tireless commitment in maintaining our environment to be safe, clean, fresh and FUN for all of our guests and our employees.
Now, more than ever.
These measures we’ve put in place have your best intentions in mind – but also the people around you, our team, and the families we help support. Procedures inspired by the recommended and mandated AHS guidelines. When and if these policies change, we will change and adjust with them.
Cilantro and Chive will continue to work hard in being a leader in our industry and our community. You expect nothing but the best from us, so we’ve spent a lot of time to improve our environment, our training, our policies, and our standards to meet and exceed your expectations.
Our entire team at Cilantro and Chive want to THANK YOU for your ongoing support, your understanding in following these policies, and your empathy during this time!
The team will take a little bit longer to take all the proper steps to ensure your health and safety. Their jobs have completely changed, things are different, and it’s a little unnerving for all of us. We are focused in giving you the best experience possible.
Again, thank you for your patience.
Please respect all of the people around you and let’s kick back and have some fun!

This year has been one of the most challenging for all of us.
Due to the ongoing support from some of the BEST guests hands down, and the love of this community, we have been able to survive and get to where we are today. Because of this support, we have been able to pause, reset, and change our business to adapt to better meet your needs and ensure the very best in health and safety for everyone.
As we continue to navigate this global pandemic, we are diligently taking all the necessary steps at the direction of Alberta Health Services. Also will change and adjust our policies as they come. This “new normal” we were not expecting, however we’re confident that we will get through this, and have a crisp high-five waiting on the other side.
We look forward to seeing you!
(from a safe distance, of course)
