If you`ve been around Central Alberta for any time, you`ve either heard Jim`s voice or seen his face. Jim`s youthful banter and demeanor is contagious - you can`t help but absorb his excitement.

He knew what he wanted the moment we aat down ti talk all of his favourite foods. Jim`s talked longingly about Mrs. Mike`s in Winnipeg and the memories he had like it was yesterday - a small take out burger stand that only did one thing and they did it exceptionally well - Chili Cheeseburgers and Chili Cheese Fries. If you wanted to add anything else to your burger, you had to do it on your own, on your own time.
