It wasn’t Christmas without Aunty Rene’s homemade Christmas pudding, a recipe passed down over 100yrs that filled hearts and bellies.
The week before Aunty Rene passed from breast cancer at the grand age of 96, she was baking so the family wouldn’t be without. This beer is a tribute to the love she put into each one.
Using a complex grain bill, graham crackers, English yeast, and a subtle blend of Christmas baking spices, this Porter is a unique experience of dark dried fruit, light spices, sweet, toasty breadiness; and is balanced, dry and perfectly robust to pair with every Yule celebration.
