Created in collaboration with local guest chef Chris Windrim!

Two  Alberta Beef smash patties , melted swiss cheese , seared shaved ham,  house-made bacon jam and smoky ketchup  with a sunny fried egg  and tomato  skewer on a garlic buttered brioche bun!

$2 from every burger sold goes to the Red Deer Royals Marching Show Band!
