Created in collaboration with local guest chef and mayor of Penhold, Mike Yargeau!
With an Alberta beef smash patty, slow roasted prime rib, beer battered tempura cheese curds, spinach and a house-made roasted garlic aioli on a garlic buttered brioche bun!
$2 goes from every Penhold Prime Burger sold will go to Mike’s local organization of choice – the Penhold Volunteer Fire Department
