created in Collaboration with local guest chef Jeff Palmer!
Slow Braised Alberta Beef cooked in house made consume, on a brioche bun dipped in consume and covered with melted mozza, with fresh cilantro and julienne red onions!
$2 from every burger sold will go towards Jeff’s organization of choice – the Canadian Mental Health Association 💚💚💚
A few words from Jeff on why he chose the CMHA :
“Men’s mental health is a cause I’m extremely passionate about. In a “man up” society, men should have the opportunity to reach out for support without judgement. By starting the conversation and normalizing taking care of ourselves, hopefully we can get help to those who need it.
