Better than all the rest? Well our Lacombe guest chef Calder Sutton sure thinks so!

Steamed bao, vegetarian kimchi, house-made 4oz Alberta Beef smash patty topped with hoisin ketchup, red miso glazed shredded pork, sriracha aioli, fresh pea shoots and garnished with a charred scallion!

$2 from every Lacombe Burger of the Month will go directly to the families of Andrew Abel & Nathaniel Johnson – experienced mountaineers who we tragically lost this past weekend. Both men were integral members of the Central Alberta climbing community and impacted so many people in a positive way, including Calder’s own life.

Thank you for your continued support of our beloved Burger of the Month program. We’re excited to have some fun this month while at the same time raising money to give back to our community.
