BEHOLD our May Burger of the Month for Lacombe!

created in collaboration with local guest chef Torie Goings – garlic butter grilled, everything bagel, two alberta beef smash patties each with a slice of provolone cheese, bacon mushroom ketchup, craft beer (New Level Brewing Co. Berserker Blonde) caramelized onions, over easy egg, sliced tomato, shredded iceberg lettuce picked with cherry tomato!
$2 of every burger sold goes directly to Torie’s charity of choice, the Women’s Outreach Dragonfly Centre

A few words from Torie on her choice of the Dragonfly Centre:

“Dragonflies represent Hope, Change and New Beginnings.

The Dragonfly Centre is important to me because it provides counselling and support to children that have had to experience traumatic situations. They give children hope and a chance to heal, which provides them the opportunity to grow into happy and healthy adults. The positive ripple effect that is created in our communities by supporting our little ones and teaching them the coping skills to deal with trauma is really incredible.”
