2022 Buffalo Meadows is a dark lager that was cool-fermented in stainless steel with Alberta blossom honey and bee pollen from Meadows-Sweet Apiaries.
 
It was was then aged for 9 months in fresh Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. The techniques and ingredients give this beer dark fruit notes, and complex salinity, with a warming finish.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
 
Let us transport you back to the rural forests of 19th century Bavaria. The birds are chirping, and you are thirsty for a beer. The rich folks in urban centres are partying with Hefeweizens, but you are poor and wheat is hard to come by in these parts… Okay, that’s pretty much the whole story.
 
A Dampfbier is a warmly fermented beer brewed entirely with malted barley and what would typically be a Hefe yeast. We’re almost always happy to take a swing at esoteric beer styles, and this is definitely one of those! Tasty banana and clove notes make this a nice quaffable and interesting 5%er.

Blindman brings you a bold and delicious coffee stout as we dive right into the winter season!
 
Featuring Birdy Coffee Co. in a custom blend of Ethiopian, Indonesian, Costa Rican, and Guatemalan roasts. The custom blend of coffee was put together intentionally for this beer, and features light nutty roast and bold earthy tones, finishing with a light red fruit note.
 
The beer is rich and silky smooth thanks to a boat load of oats and specialty malts. Oh yeah the labels have micro fiction from local authors again! 12 new stories for you to check out!

The Craft Brewing scene is definitely a close-knit community, and this delightful collaboration pale ale proves it. Brewers from Cabin, Last Best Brewing and Bale Breaker Brewing in Yakima, WA who all worked together in Calgary once upon a time wanted to get together and brew one more beer. One quick hop across the border for hop harvest and the deal was sealed!
 
Border Hop West Coast Pale Ale features the wonderfully aromatic experimental hop HBC 586 and “frozen fresh” Mosaic hops from Yakima Chief Hops. This oxymoronically named product sees raw, unkilned whole cone hops plucked from the bine and then flash frozen. This process helps retain the delicate nature of fresh hops, even for those hundreds of kilometres (miles for those south of the border…) from the hop fields. Expect bright notes of mango, nectarine, guava, lychee, and a hint of berry.
